The Urban Properties is the operating vehicle for Asad Halai's real estate portfolio — acquired, managed, and grown over 20+ years across Toronto, Hamilton, Austin, and San Antonio.
We specialise in distressed and undervalued properties — buildings with deferred maintenance, difficult histories, or institutional indifference that creates a pricing gap. We find that gap, close it, and build long-term value from it.
For select clients and partners, we provide deal sourcing, cross-border acquisition structuring, and property management across our operating markets.
